The Central Texas Track Officials Association

The purpose of this association is to unify, assist, and recognize the many officials without whom Baylor’s track & field meets could not function. No previous requirements need to be met in order to become a CTTO member. You do not have to be an official, or work a single Baylor Track meet, or reside in Central Texas.

(Some people pay for a membership without ever setting foot inside Baylor’s track stadium. And it’s no wonder; The membership is inexpensive and it supports a worthwhile program. Your support is acknowledged and appreciated.) As a member, you receive priority acceptance to high-demand meets, as well as an opportunity to receive special officiating gear and equipment either free of charge or at huge discounts. Most importantly, you get the opportunity to help fellow track enthusiasts put on a FUN, EXCITING season of track & field at Baylor’s Hart-Patterson Stadium! The time commitment is small, the fee is small, but the memories last forever.

Membership Price: $15 (check or money order payable to “CTTO”. Address is located on “Contact Us” page)
Membership Duration: Annually from October 1st to September 30th
Membership Deadline: We welcome membership dues anytime of the year. However, members who send us membership dues BEFORE JANUARY 15TH receive a special GIFT.

CTTO membership is required for any purchases. All orders must be received NO LATER THAN January 15th. After the January 15th deadline, orders will not be accepted again until October 1st renewal.

You can pick up your purchases ONLY during one of Baylor's track meets. You MUST pick it up NO LATER THAN the TAPPS State Championships. Any item NOT picked up by then will be given away. The CTTO does not order extras.
